These selected excerpts offer a chronological snapshot of Elektra in the
years 1952-1967, excluding the more famous of our rock signings which
belong to a different era and are still commercially available.
To preserve the authentic feel of the period we have dubbed direct from
the vinyl pressings. When you hear the occasional clicks and pops, especially
from the earliest recordings, you will have an authentic experience of
those times.
